VIDEO: Big rigs overturns on I-10 in central Phoenix

Eastbound and westbound lanes of Interstate 10 at 32nd Street in Phoenix now are reopened after a big rig overturned into a median wall, leaving two people injured.

Arizona Department of Public Safety officials say the crash occurred before 4 p.m. Tuesday and just as the afternoon rush hour was gearing up.

DPS says the 18-wheeler struck a pole and rolled over the center wall.

Two people had to be cut out of the big rig's section and have been taken to a Phoenix hospital. They are reported to be in serious condition.

The names and ages of the two injured haven't been released yet.
