PHOENIX - Authorities say a person jumped out of a moving vehicle on Interstate 10 and has caused a major backup Tuesday morning in Phoenix.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the incident happened on eastbound Interstate 10 at 63rd Avenue.
The male subject suffered a massive head injury and was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital, said Bart Graves with DPS.
