06/11/15 - The Department of Public Safety said a blown tire caused a two-vehicle collision on eastbound Interstate 10 in the West Valley Thursday morning. A DPS official said both vehicles were driving eastbound on I-10 approaching Miller Road around 4:30 a.m.
When one of the vehicles had a blown tire. That vehicle veered off to the right and clipped the front end of the other vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle with the blown tire received minor injuries and was taken to a West Valley hospital. The right lane was closed for a time.
