Jack-knifed semi-truck causes delays on Interstate 10 near downtown Phoenix

08/25/15 - A jack-knifed semi-truck blocked several lanes on eastbound Interstate 10 near downtown Phoenix on Tuesday morning.
The Arizona Department of Transportation said the crash happened just before 5:00 a.m. near 27th Avenue.
The Department of Public Safety said four vehicles are involved in the crash. Two people were transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Pictures from the scene show a FedEx truck was involved in the crash.
ADOT says the right three lanes and the ramp to northbound Interstate 17 have reopened after being closed for a couple of hours.
