Heidi Kelsch has been a paralegal for Zachar Law Firm since 1997. By keeping ridiculously long hours and severely restricting her sleep, she has been almost able to stay 3 steps behind Chris for several years now, although she would be overjoyed if the clone she ordered in 2001 ever arrived. A graduate of the University of Arizona and Arizona Paralegal Training Program, Heidi prides herself on her work product and assisting the firm’s clients in getting just compensation for their injuries and damages. She runs marathons in an effort to maintain her sanity, and tries to see her husband and dog at least twice a week, so they don’t forget who she is. She also enjoys baking, cheering for the Packers, hiking, traveling and reading, although she rarely has time for any of these activities. She also makes the best rice krispy treats in the history of mankind.Jessica James-Henry
Jessica has been a legal assistant with Zachar Law Firm since 2002. She is in charge of ordering all clients’ medical records and bills, negotiating lien reductions, accounts receivable/payable, as well as many other legal and administrative duties. A native of Texas, Jessica has lived in Phoenix for approximately 10 years. She is married with one daughter, a son, and a dog. Jessica enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, watching movies, playing wii and reading. Jessica and her daughter have recently taken up sewing and enjoy making crafts together. Jessica and her family annually participate in the Make a Wish Foundation Walk for Wishes campaign.Jessica brings a smile and a great attitude to work everyday. Shannon Sellmeyer
Shannon is a legal assistant with the Zachar Law Firm. She joined the firm in 2007 and soon became irreplaceable. She handles new client intakes, scheduling, and multiple other duties. Her organizational skills are unsurpassed and she keeps Chris and Heidi on their toes. Shannon, originally from Nebraska, is an avid college football fan (go Huskers!) and enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 sons.Joe Morales
Joe Morales arrived at the Zachar Law Firm in July 2010, as the Marketing Director. Joe has a background in Business Marketing, Information Technology, and Web Design from Arizona State University. An avid sports fan, Joe’s favorite teams are the New York Yankees, New York Jets, and his Alma Mater ASU. Joe also remains involved with wrestling while watching the sport of Mixed Martial Arts. Joe enjoys the Legal profession and is learning on a daily basis. He is absolutely a workhorse and is so involved that we cannot keep up with him. Xochitl Garcia is a legal assistant and joined the firm in April 2012. She assists in answering phones, taking intakes down, and assist’s the office in other legal tasks. She was born in California and moved to Arizona at the age of 3. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with an associate of arts with a concentration in communications.
