The Arizona Department of Transportation has released their 2010 statistics of motor vehicle accidents by County below which also include total fatalities as well as the number of injured because of motor vehicle collisions.

1. Maricopa County - 68,579 total accidents which 291 were fatal with 21,384 injured

2. Pima County - 15,764 total accidents which 101 were fatal with 5,258 injured

3. Coconino County - 3,761 total accidents which 40 were fatal with 895 injured

4. Pinal County - 3,624 total accidents which 54 were fatal with 1,107 injured

5. Yavapai County - 3,118 total accidents which 38 were fatal with 997 injured

6. Mohave County - 3,007 total accidents which 43 were fatal with 1,018 injured

7. Yuma County - 2,776 total accidents which 14 were fatal with 875 injured

8. Cochise County - 1,630 total accidents which 19 were fatal with 452 injured

9. Navajo County - 1,205 total accidents which 31 were fatal with 364 injured

10. Gila County - 800 total accidents which 13 were fatal with 255 injured

11. Santa Cruz County - 636 total accidents which 7 were fatal with 168 injured

12. Apache County - 532 total accidents which 31 were fatal with 164 injured

13. La Paz County - 398 total accidents which 7 were fatal with 143 injured

14. Garham County - 277 total accidents which 5 were fatal with 82 injured

15. Greenlee County - 70 total accidents which 4 were fatal with 33 injured

In total, Arizona Counties had a total of 106,177 total accidents which 698 were fatal and 33,195 were injured.
